Job Title: Quick Lube Franchise Business Coach

Job Summary:
The Quick Lube Franchise Business Coach serves as a strategic partner to franchise owners, providing operational guidance, coaching, and performance support to help them grow successful, compliant, and profitable businesses. This role focuses on driving consistency in execution, enhancing the customer experience, and aligning each location with brand standards and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with franchisees through regular check-ins, store visits, and performance reviews.
Guide franchisees in the execution of day-to-day operations, including service quality, staffing, inventory, and financial management.
Analyze store-level data (car counts, ticket average, labor costs, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Deliver training and coaching on operational standards, customer service, and upselling techniques.
Support new franchise openings and ownership transitions with onboarding, setup guidance, and launch coaching.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and franchise agreements through operational audits.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, training, tech support) to streamline franchisee support and resolve issues.
Act as a liaison between franchisees and corporate leadership, voicing feedback, challenges, and success stories.
Host regular virtual and in-person coaching sessions, workshops, and group calls to promote best practices.
Qualifications:
experience in franchise operations, retail coaching, or multi-unit management—preferably in the quick lube or automotive services industry.
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports and KPIs.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple locations and tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting franchisees or working within a franchise system.
Background in automotive service or quick lube operations.
Familiarity with training platforms and process improvement tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
