The successful candidate will be the face of the showroom, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring each customer feels valued and receives the highest level of service from the moment they walk through the doors!

Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting clients upon their arrival
Supporting project managers in-house and offsite
Handling customer queries both face-to-face and via the telephone
Managing and scheduling customer appointments with the relevant sales representative
Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and presentable
Offering and providing beverages to customers
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Keeping up to date with product knowledge and ongoing projects
Performing general ad-hoc administration duties
Skills And Experience
Excellent communicator
Warm and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
Confident in a customer-facing role
Highly organised
Ability to get stuck in
