Job Description:

Overview
The Office Administrator will serve as a key member of our team, responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting health and safety protocols, assisting with HR functions, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

-Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.

-Manage office email and mail distribution.

-Maintain the office schedule, including meeting room bookings and event coordination.

Health and Safety Support:

-Assist in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols.

-Ensure that safety equipment and emergency procedures are up to date.

-Coordinate safety training and emergency drills as required.

-Keep safety records and documentation organized.

Human Resources Support:

-Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.

-Help with onboarding new employees, ensuring all HR documentation is completed.

-Maintain employee records, ensuring they are accurate and confidential.
