Key Duties

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Maintain and update electronic and physical records

Complete general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Answer phone calls and emails, delivering exceptional service

Opening and directing mail to the right person

Responsible for preparing and processing customer claims

Co:ordinate amendments for trade and sales office issued materials, and dispatch on time to the business stakeholders, customers, and sales teams

Responsible for the internal set up process of products for our own eCommerce sites and conduct stock checks and audits

Assist in preparation of internal reporting requirements

Responsible for the collation and dispatch of parcels and tracking cost of sample orders, issuing monthly updates

Manage display areas and noticeboards within Head Office and communicate with other sites when updates are required

Collaborate with other team members to support the overall office operation

Manage office supplies and inventory for the sales office

Support in events and customer visit meetings

Support in key meetings by preparing, taking and issuing minutes

Provide cover for reception and other assigned front of house duties

Requirements

About you:

Previous experience in office administration or office support role

A sound understanding and able to use Microsoft Office Software including, Excel, Outlook and other data entry systems

Empathetic and strong communication skills, written and verbal

Ability to multitask, prioritise and work with a range of departments and teams

Excellent attention to detail, and numerically proficient

Ability to use own initiative and can work autonomously

Positive and can:do attitude, and comfortable working in a fast:paced environment.

Must be fluent in English, reading, writing, and speaking

Full UK drivers licence is preferred
