Your main responsibilities would be:

Ensure smooth office and HR operations by providing general administrative support.

Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders when necessary.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Organize events (team buildings, workations, etc.) and oversee office and team-related projects.

Participate in recruitment and HR processes, contributing to their development.

Core requirements

Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is a must.

Minimum B2 level of English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel within Lithuania and abroad when required.

Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience as an Office Administrator, Recruiter, HR generalist or in a similar administrative role would be an advantage.

Gross salary: Ranging up to €3000 per month. May vary depending on your skills, experience.
