Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This role requires excellent time management skills and proficiency in computer applications, like jobber, busybusy, including Google Suite. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient work environment and supporting both staff and clients. Bilingual skills ( Spanish and English)
Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
Maintain organized records of projects information.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Ensure the office environment is clean and organized
Requirements
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), jobber and busybusy.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to type efficiently with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and both spanish and english.
A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.05 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
