Client in Hudson County, NJ is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. Seeking a candidate with administrative and HR experience. Must have a great attitude and be willing to wear multiple hats.
Onsite Monday – Friday
Salary: 70K – 80K
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Upkeep and maintenance of the office space
Restock supplies, ensure organization of kitchen, inventory and equipment
Maintain office space and ensure a safe environment for employees
Manage the executive team’s calendar including appointments, events & travel coordination
Assist with HR duties including recruiting, onboarding and maintaining employee records
Coordinate and work with vendors and external service providers
Oversee and maintain office supplies, conference room & IT equipment
Assist with correspondence and reports/documents
Handle mail & incoming deliveries
Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
2+ years of administrative/HR experience
Knowledge of MS office, quick learner of new systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively and handle confidential information
Attention to detail and willingness to handle responsibilities regardless of size
