We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Executive Director.

Duties:
Prepare reports, letter, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Answering phones, creating and typing correspondence, developing and maintaining filing system, documentation and presentation material.

Prepare and mail the documents to the Board of Directors. Prepare the minutes of the Board of Directors meetings and Charitable Trust meetings for the Board and Trust secretaries.

Any other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate or as may be directed by the Executive Director.

Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and e-mail applications.
Strong clerical and administrative skills
Excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Degree in Communications preferred.
Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
