Job Description *
We are looking for an individual to help support one of our Paris-based clients in their New York office. We need someone who can work 9am-5pm, 2 days a week in the office, or 9 am – 1pm, 4 days a week in the office. They will overall support the office and help to maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Responsibilities for the role include:
• Basic office management in a shared space
• Prepare and ship laptops to employees
• Order office supplies
• Arrange breakfast and/or lunch meetings in the office
• Welcome new joiners
• Parcels preparation and shipment
• Manage laptop returns from remote employees
• Ad hoc projects
Pay: $20.00/hr
