As we continue to grow, we’re seeking motivated entry-level talent who want to learn the insurance industry from the ground up, with an opportunity to grow into a Claims Specialist role over time.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a developmental role designed to support the daily administrative operations of our insurance claims department, with a clear pathway to advance into a Claims Specialist position.
Provide administrative support to the claims and client service team.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating virtual training sessions and onboarding calls for new clients.
Help process claim documentation and maintain accurate electronic filing systems.
Support the preparation of claim payment packages and assist in banking-related administrative tasks.
Enter basic data into QuickBooks and other tracking systems (training provided).
Monitor incoming customer service inquiries and route them to appropriate team members.
Assist with assigning third-party services (e.g., vehicle inspections) as directed.
Support special projects and learn insurance claims processing through hands-on training and mentorship.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in an office, customer service, or business support role.
Eagerness to learn and grow into a career in insurance claims and risk management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word in particular).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Willingness to obtain an Insurance Adjuster License within 60 days of employment (company will assist with training support).
