We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented service coordinator to manage and coordinate many aspects of our service department

Responsibilities

Monitor service requests for customers and ordering parts that are required

Processing warranty claims with suppliers

Communicate with customers to schedule return appointments and provide updates on service status

Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders and customer interactions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Attend to customer service requests via email and over the phone

General administration (filing, circulating documents, mailings, courier etc.)

Special projects and reports as required.

Education/Experience/Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

A Secondary School Diploma

A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative function

An extreme proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Prior experience in HVAC (asset)

Effective time management, organizational abilities

A professional attitude illustrated through superior verbal and written communications skills coupled with demonstrated customer service skills.

Demonstration of sound decision making skills and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information, necessitating use of discretion, tact and good judgment.

Must be able to work independently, have analytical and problem solving skills, and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills, the ability to establish priorities with attention to detail, and work without direct supervision in a small office environment.
