We are looking for an experienced, friendly, outgoing, professional, positive, and at least a little gregarious Office Administrative Assistant. Daily duties will include (but are not limited to) customer service (phone and in-person), and office project execution assistance. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including appointment setting and calendar management.

Handle CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tasks and maintain MS Office documents.

Demonstrate professional and friendly assertiveness in communications and interactions.

Proactively identify, recognize, and address problems or inefficiencies.

Assist in coordinating social media marketing efforts and content creation.

Provide general administrative support including, but not limited to, answering calls, managing emails, and preparing reports.

Be adaptable and willing to grow with the position, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and MS Office suite.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.

Experience with appointment setting and social media marketing.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

A commitment to high professional ethical standards.

References required (both professional and personal).

Job Type: Ful Time

Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30+ per week
