Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator (Office Secretary) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities and provide administrative support to various departments. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience.
Handle all office correspondence, filing, and document archiving in alignment with company protocols.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and staff.
Maintain and order office supplies, equipment, and other essentials to ensure workplace efficiency.
Support HR and finance with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, petty cash handling, and onboarding documentation.
Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 4 years of uninterrupted experience in a single company in an administrative or secretarial role (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is a must.
Proven experience as an office administrator, secretary, or relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Familiarity with office equipment and systems (printers, scanners, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
