Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, administrative tasks, billing, and providing excellent customer service in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians for service calls
Provide administrative support including data entry and document management
Handle billing processes and manage accounts in QuickBooks
Assist customers in our showroom, addressing inquiries and providing product information
Maintain organization and efficiency in office operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office administrative role preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
