Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Durban, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including coordinating schedules, maintaining office records, and ensuring that office equipment and supplies are organized and functional. The Office Administrator will handle incoming calls and emails, support internal communication, and assist with basic customer service tasks such as greeting visitors and responding to general inquiries. The role also involves supporting administrative processes for the team, preparing documents and reports, and helping maintain a professional and efficient office environment. The Office Administrator will collaborate closely with management and team members to ensure smooth workflows and consistent support for ongoing projects.
