At Baraud, we are seeking an organized and experienced Office Administrator, who can provide excellent customer service, acting as the first representative of our business on our Front Desk.
Responsibilities
Assume front desk responsibilities, including but not limited to; meeting and greeting clients and suppliers
Communicating with external clients and providing support to internal departments in a professional and timely manner
Attend to incoming phone calls and emails
Deal with service requests, ensuring all payments are collected and processed accurately and in a timely manner
Attend to our P.O. box on a weekly basis, review and distribute mail
Handle urgent errands when required
Order office supplies and manage all office inventory
Assist in formatting documents and drafting formal letters
Perform other receptionist and administrative duties such as photocopying, transcribing and scanning
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
