**Job Posting: Dispatch/Customer Service Representative at JIT Transportation**
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic fast-paced team in the transportation industry with room for advancement? JIT Transportation is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Dispatch/Customer Service Representative. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the schedules of our truck drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries of products and goods, as well as providing top notch customer service.
**Responsibilities: **
– Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers for efficient product pickups and deliveries.
– Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally via phone and email.
– Utilize company programs to create trip manifests and manage drivers’ paperwork.
– Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure effective service delivery.
– Engage with customers, addressing any inquiries they may have and providing exceptional support.
– Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and data entry.
**Qualifications: **
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– 0-3 years of experience in a related field or area.
– Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the transportation industry.
– Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow pre-established guidelines.
– Customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt and respond to various types of personalities.
**Working Hours: **
– Monday through Friday
– 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
