– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
– Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
– Collect information and update records
– Assist with administrative support tasks as needed, including filing, faxing
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow and efficient operations
– Handle inquiries, resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate personnel

– Previous experience as a receptionist
– Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
