Job Summary

We are a local tree company seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team in day to day tasks working remotely. The ideal candidate will be able to handle various tasks without a set schedule. This is a part-time position that could turn into full time in a few months (schedule might change).

Responsibilities

Handling social media accounts; making daily posts, some marketing ads
Assist with bill collection
Log all clients, past and current in crm
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Assist with online ads for rental properties
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various tasks.

Experience
The successful candidate should have:

knowledge of social media platforms and posting
Great phone etiquette
Experience with online QuickBooks is a plus
