Who Are You
ERMCO is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant – Sales to support our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and play a key role in enabling the success of our dynamic Sales organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, document preparation, and support for special projects. This position will serve as a trusted partner to the CSO, helping to streamline daily operations, enhance internal and external communication, and improve team efficiency.
**This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Tennessee, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, or Texas.
Responsibilities:
What Will You Do
Provide high-level administrative support to the CSO, including proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of tasks and requests
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
Plan and execute logistics for sales meetings, team events, customer visits, and industry conferences
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings; take detailed meeting minutes and distribute notes and follow-up action items to ensure accountability and alignment across stakeholders
Create, edit, and format presentations, sales reports, and internal or client-facing documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Track, prepare, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and compliant manner
Maintain well-organized records, manage shared sales team documents, and update contact databases regularly
Serve as a liaison between the CSO, internal teams, external clients, and strategic partners to ensure clear, timely communication
Provide project support for ongoing sales initiatives, helping to track progress and ensure deadlines are met
Perform a variety of administrative tasks and special assignments as needed to support the Sales organization
Qualifications:
What You Will Need
3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support role; prior experience supporting Sales leadership is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience with travel coordination, event planning, and expense reporting
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
