Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a property management office & will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
Provide support to team members, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and administrative tasks as required.
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally, utilizing strong conflict management skills/ directing inquiries to appropriate team
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, and vendors
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Experience in a Property Management office is preferred but not required
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Strong organizational skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
