Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for attending meetings, taking and transcribing accurate minutes, and distributing them in a timely manner. The role also includes administrative and clerical duties to support various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and take detailed, accurate minutes during internal and external meetings
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes promptly after meetings
Maintain organized records of past meeting notes and documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and data entry
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
Coordinate communication between departments and external parties as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent listening, note-taking, and writing skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Location: Hybrid Schedule. 1 Day/Week Remote. 4 Remaining days to be flexible between Lynbrook, NY Offices and our Midtown Manhattan Offices.

Time Requirements: Full-Time (7-3, 8-4, or 9-5pm M-Fri)
