The Role

As an Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the Business Operations Manager and the existing administration team. This pivotal role places you at the heart of our operations, contributing significantly to our collective success. External training will be facilitated as needed.

Responsibilities

– Provide comprehensive support within the central admin team.

– Handle project administration, including setting up projects on internal systems, invoicing, expense processing, payment follow-ups, and managing supplier invoices.

– Ensure timely processing of emails and assist in meeting and greeting office visitors.

– Offer telephone support, manage client inquiries, and assist in organizing company events.

– Undertake office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing post, and organizing couriers.

– Perform any other duties as directed by your manager.

Skills and Experience

– Previous office administration experience.

– Strong team player with effective time management skills.

– Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365.

– Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.

– Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
