Customer Service and Sales Administrator

Part Time Position to cover Maternity Leave

We are seeking an office administrator with excellent customer service experience.

This position is a part time role, between 10-15 hours per week over 3 days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

Our full-time working week is 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.

We are seeking a flexible staff member who can cover holiday/ sickness if needed in addition to their standard hours.

Specific areas of responsibility:

• Working at our office in North Camp as part of the administration team, providing support to various parts of the business as well as being responsible for individual tasks.

• Answering telephone calls from customers in an excellent and professional business manner.

• Using database to search for customer information, navigating database and transferring customers to correct departments within the business.

• Dealing with correspondence and general office duties (including producing and amending work documents, spreadsheets, and email).
