In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently routing phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations and continuous communication between all departments.

Responsibilities:

Answering and routing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Providing courteous and effective customer service to both established and new potential clients, addressing all inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Accurately requesting, recording and updating customer account details

Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing as needed.

Assist with financial tasks relating to AP/AR, as assigned.

Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are well-stocked

Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

Knowledge of and experience using and manipulating data within a spreadsheet (excel/google sheets, etc.)

Highly efficient computer skills: typing, emailing, record keeping, data entry etc.

Professional communication skills both written and verbal

Strong attention for detail, ability to prioritize and multitask as needed

Ability to keep leadership informed of potential new jobs, urgent inquiries or follow ups that require immediate action.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Experience: Our ideal candidate will have the following:

Proven experience in a customer service or related role (minimum of 1 year)

Experience in the service industry is a plus!

Experience with Quickbooks, relating to AP/AR
