The Administration Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by providing administrative assistance and contributing to various marketing projects and event planning. Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.
Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate logistics for marketing events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a marketing role or administrative support position, preferably within a marketing department.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
