The Role

The Office Administrator will provide essential secretarial support to the management team, manage office space, and facilitate onboarding for new employees. This role involves coordinating meetings, organizing workplace events, and supporting travel arrangements, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial support to co-founders, including expense reimbursements and meeting coordination.

Manage office space, ensuring it is well-maintained and organized.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.

Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including workspace setup and orientation.

Organize workplace events and support regional meetings and customer events.

Assist with cross-region travel and hotel bookings.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.

Proficient in English and Cantonese.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in event planning and coordination.

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
