Responsibilities
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability
Coordinate schedules and organize meetings for staff, ensuring effective use of time
Facilitate communication between departments and assist with inter-departmental collaboration
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all documents are easily accessible
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in administration or related field is a plus
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
