About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent Office Administrator position with no overtime. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key responsibilities include:

General reception duties, including answering phones and greeting clients

Preparing and reconciling invoices

Supporting tax lodgements and correspondence with the ATO

Maintaining digital and paper filing systems

Managing calendars and daily administrative support

Responding to email and phone queries

About You:

You’re a proactive team player who understands that every task – big or small – contributes to the success of the business. You bring energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in everything you do.

You have exceptional communication skills and a naturally helpful, professional approach

You’re experienced in administration and confident working independently

You’re comfortable juggling tasks and enjoy learning new systems and processes

Your numerical reasoning is strong, and you have a head for detail

You take pride in your work – whether that’s entering data or taking out the bins

Customer Service Experience: You’re warm, professional, and great at handling enquiries with care and clarity

Industry Experience: Experience in accounting or small professional services teams is highly regarded

Systems Knowledge: Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, Xero or MYOB essential; Sage and Docusign highly desirable
