Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, ensure HR and compliance standards are met, and support smooth internal coordination. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency, legal integrity, and professionalism of our real estate office.

Key Responsibilities:

 HR & Compliance (High Priority)

Ensure documentation, employee contracts, and compliance processes are accurately managed.

Maintain consistent communication with government authorities and developers.

Oversee onboarding/off-boarding, payroll coordination, and HR database management.

 Office & Operations Management (Medium Priority)

Supervise daily office activities and support staff and management.

Maintain office supplies, handle scheduling and travel arrangements.

Provide weekly reports and assist internal communication.

Ensure adherence to office safety protocols.

 Employee Engagement & Customer Service (Lower Priority)

Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes.

Support customer service and enhance client satisfaction.

Contribute to team morale through event coordination and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office management systems.

Excellent communication (fluent in English), negotiation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.
