Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at BSP Brisbane in the Greater Brisbane Area (Toowong). The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, communicating with clients, managing office equipment, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration tasks on a daily basis.

Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, and Office Administration skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in using office equipment

Experience in office administration tasks

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience of regulatory requirements in the building industry is a plus

Minimum of twelve months of experience working in office administration.
