We are looking for an Office Administrator to support a variety of administrative and Office management tasks. The successful candidate will be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to the executive team and wider offices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, equipment and day-to-day operations
Support management with various corporate matters (communication with partners, regulatory authorities, etc)
Coordinate office maintenance and mail correspondence
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Arrange business travel for employees
Manage administrative expenses
Requirements
Proven experience in similar position or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is preferred
