Duties and Responsibilities
General Office Duties
Answer phones, taking messages and transferring calls
Keep office straightened up and stocked with supplies
Copy plans and complete paperwork for clients
Order office supplies
Assist with maintaining appointment calendar
Assist other survey employees with projects
Make follow up calls on accounts receivable over 30 days old
Maintain Project Files and Plans
Organizing, maintaining and keeping files in file room current
File copies of permits, certification, comments, etc. in appropriate files
Document Preparation
Create work orders
Assist with research as needed from county
Assist with tracking project bids for clients
Deliver plans, applications or other documents as needed
Create Jobs in Vista
Complete all billings for projects
Process weekly and monthly accounting reports
Complete all other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
