Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our insurance agency and assist in maintaining accurate and organized records. This role requires only 2 hours per day, 10 hours per week, making it ideal for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data related to insurance policies, client records, and financial transactions. Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain client and policy information in the database.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Organize and manage digital and physical insurance records.
Assist in processing insurance applications and claims data.
Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Communicate with team members and prospective clients to ensure data integrity and application submissions.
Requirements
Experience in data entry or administrative support (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of insurance terminology is a plus but not required.
