opening to join a company who provide training services across the country and due to business growth and expansion are recruiting for an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will provide friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and
welcoming atmosphere
to both visitors and customers.
Responsibilities
/Duties;
-Preparing course packs for trainers
-Liaising with trainers for course collection
-Uploading exam papers to the various awarding bodies portals
-Logging all results on our CRM system
-Answering any queries from the awarding bodies
-Dealing with online examination bookings
-Sending out course certificates
-Answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries
-Deal with daily post and courier parcels
-Looking after visitors
-General housekeeping duties
-General office duties
Candidate Attributes;
-Excellent
communication
& interpersonal skills and fluency in English
-Good time management skills with an ability to multitask

Hours
– Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary- £23,500 +Bonus and 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
