Responsibilities

Initiates and monitors new employee Level 2 Background process established by Quest, Inc.
Manages the onboarding process by ensuring candidates complete all necessary steps in a timely manner.
Files documents into appropriate employee files.
Runs reports in HRIS system as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Completes E-verify, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains accuracy.
Coordinate with hiring managers and Training department to schedule training sessions.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for new employees.
Handles all special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned.
Collaborate with various departments for a cohesive onboarding and compliance strategy.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of onboarding experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
PHR and SHRM-CP a plus but not required.
Present a positive and professional image at all times.
Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future.
