We’re Hiring: Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Singapore. This role combines general office administration with HR support and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general office administration and support.

Assist with HR administration tasks requiring a local presence.

Process accounts payable, including invoice entries and purchase order payments.

Create and manage customer invoices.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and data entry.

Requirements:

Experience in office administration and/or accounting (accounts payable preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
