- Support the daily operations of the practice by assisting with client communication, scheduling, referrals, and general administrative tasks
- Serve as a central point of coordination between clients, therapists, and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate logs and trackers (Call Log, Referral Tracker, etc.)
- Ensure administrative workflows are followed consistently and thoroughly
- Communicate payment-related information clearly and professionally when needed
- Assist with basic billing tasks including charging services and supporting client balances
- Support daily office operations and ensure a smooth and organized environment
- Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination as assigned
- Assist with social media coordination and content collaboration as directed
Requirements
- Experience with medical or mental health billing
- Experience submitting insurance claims and working with payers
- Familiarity with ICD-10 (and CPT codes preferred)
- Experience verifying insurance benefits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus
