Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input a high volume of data from various sources into company databases, ensuring the integrity and completeness of the information.
Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered into the system, identifying and correcting errors as necessary.
Database Management: Maintain and update data records as required, ensuring all files are correctly stored and easily accessible.
Document Handling: Organize and categorize physical and digital documents, ensuring they are filed in a systematic and efficient manner.
Reporting: Generate and prepare reports based on the data entered, summarizing trends, errors, or other relevant information as requested by management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and HR, to ensure the smooth flow of data and to resolve any issues related to data entry.
Data Security: Follow company protocols for handling confidential and sensitive data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to data entry processes or tools to enhance productivity and data accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
