SLI Compliance, a division of Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Wheat Ridge, Colorado location for around 25-30 hours per week.

SLI Compliance provides testing and certification services for both Health IT and Voting systems. When clinicians, practices and hospitals are considering adopting Health IT technology, we review this technology to ensure the capability, functionality, and security meets the requirements adopted by the US Department of Health and Human Services. When it comes to Voting System Testing, SLI Compliance reviews many aspects of the voting systems, such as election procedures, pre- and post-election forensic analysis and audits, electronic poll books, pilot programs, electronic ballot delivery, election night reporting systems, and voter registration portals and databases to ensure that voting system manufacturers are meeting set guidelines.

What You Will Accomplish Here…
The Administrative Assistant will be working independently to support the SLI Compliance team in day to day operations of internal and external customers by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth business operations. You will have an opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership to support administrative duties within the offices, and on business development initiatives. We are seeking someone with a foundation of experience that is comfortable working as a sole administrative resource for a team.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides administrative support to local management, including coordinating meetings, data entry, filing, and special projects.
Assists with equipment and file check ins/outs.
Handles shipping and receiving of equipment, repository data, and marketing materials.
Collaborates with client services to support business development plans or specific initiatives.
Interacts with clients and third parties in a professional manner, including greeting visitors, providing tours, and sending correspondence.
Reviews and submits contracts and request for proposals (RFP’s) to the Legal team.
Assists with completing expense reports, as assigned.
Proof reads test plans and reports for grammar, formatting, etc.
May assist with compiling test results, as assigned.
May assist with internal audits, as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials:
A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a related position is required.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira) are helpful, but not required.
Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with other members of the team and clients.
Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO (in-office)
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 25-30 hours per week. While we prefer a Monday through Friday schedule, we can be flexible with the hours and days worked, as long as the hours are on a consistent basis.
Pay Range: $21.50 – $22.50/hour
Travel: Minimal to no travel involved
