We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic Real estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Upload and assign leads to agents.
Update and track agent feedback on each lead.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily office operations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Contracts and Permits:
Handle all types of Dubai Land Department (DLD) contracts and permits.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
Portal Management:
Manage company listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder portals.
Optimize and update property listings regularly.
Policy and Procedure Development:
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Resource Management:
Manage office resources including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Adhere to budgetary constraints while maintaining efficiency.
Staff and Management Liaison:
Act as a liaison between staff and management.
Facilitate communication and address concerns to foster a positive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Real Estate Experience Is a must
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management platforms.
Knowledge of DLD contracts and permits.
Experience in office management and administrative support.
Ability to develop and implement efficient office policies.
Budget management skills.
