Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, impressive computer and technology skills, troubleshooting skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively within a busy office environment.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Clean space periodically, change patient sheets, maintain garbages and clinic cleanliness throughout the shift.
Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle scheduling and appointment management for staff members.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Utilize Jane App, Google Suite for document creation, Canva, Mailchimp, communication, and scheduling.
Support office management by coordinating with other departments as needed.
Assist with personal assistant duties as required to support executives or team members.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients and visitors.
Proficient in Social Media-Instagram, Facebook, Postings etc.
Proficient in Jane App, Mailchimp, Google products, Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
Experience in filing systems and computerized record keeping.
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is required.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 27 per week
