Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator, located in Fort Myers, FL. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Duties will include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating with various departments to support the overall functionality of the office.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
Proficiency with Office Equipment and basic IT competence
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in an office environment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
