My client is seeking to add an Office Administrator to their team in West Palm Beach, FL. Reporting into the CEO, this role will handle all daily office operations, and administratively support the CEO and CFO. We are seeking someone who is proactive, trustworthy, curious, and a problem solver.

This role will be based in-office 4 days a week, with 1 remote day.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all office administration including supplies, groceries, documents storage, organizing files, vendor contracts.

Responsible for providing Executive Assistant services to CEO, CFO: scheduling and general calendar management.

Assist HR with duties if needed.

Sort and distribute mail.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
