Our Member is a plumbing company servicing the GTA for residential, commercial & industrial services.
They are seeking a dedicated full-timeOffice Administratorto manage theirMississaugaoffice from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The office admin is the go-to person who oversees all day-to-day needs within the office.
The office admin is responsible for:
Billing, invoicing and record-keeping
Assisting with scheduling and dispatching
Customer relations (answering incoming calls, professionally addressing customer inquiries and concerns)
Inventory management (keep track of plumbing and office supplies, and order as needed)
additional tasks as needed
The office admin is someone who has:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic accounting knowledge
proficiency in MS Office Suite and Quickbooks
flexible and willing to complete ad-hoc tasks as needed
Prior plumbing experience is a plus
Job Types
: Full-time, Permanent
Salary
: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours
: 37.5 per week
