Overview:
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the facility can operate smoothly and efficiently. The primary responsibility of the position is to answer and redirect phone calls and maintain security at the front entrance. Secondary responsibilities include maintaining inventory of office wide supplies, assisting with individual projects from other departments, and being the go-to contact for all 4 locations. The position requires collaboration with finance, project, operations, and IT departments, so flexibility and being able to multitask is a must.
Responsibilities:
Answer/Redirect calls
Maintain and order office supplies
Ensure all guests are signed in and accounted for upon entering the building.
Complete individual projects provided by various departments.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience is required.
Experience in Microsoft is required.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
Strong organizational/multi-task and prioritizing skills
Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic organization
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
High attention to detail and problem solving
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
Experience with TRX ERP system a plus
Experience with Concur system a plus
Education:
Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
Physical Requirements:
This is a normal office job that requires reading, making telephone calls, data entry, and word processing at a computer. It also requires operating normal office equipment, including computers, copiers, shredders, telephones, and fax machines, and occasional lifting, up to 25 pounds.
