Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing front desk activities and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Google Suite, and have a strong background in office management.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication tasks.
Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing information or directing them to the appropriate resources.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
