Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative and personalized support to the CEO. You will provide support through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate is an incredible writer, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Core Responsibilities:

Written Communication: Must be extremely well-written copy that is clear and consice following CEO’s voice. Will be responsible for producing CEO emails, proposals, corporate documentation, stakeholder and VC communication, and any other important written communication on behalf of the CEO.

Schedule Management: Manage and oversee CEO schedule. Will be responsible for keeping CEO on track with timeline and meeting management. Must be capable of balancing schedule across departmental needs and blocking.

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage and organize company documents, files, and records.
Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
Extremely strong writer and producing quality copy that is clear and concise.
Expert in Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information effectively.
Great time and risk management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
