About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our fast-growing challenger brand in the food and beverage industry. This isn’t your standard admin role — we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and can juggle multiple tasks with confidence and flair. If you’re quick-thinking, resourceful, and love a glass of rosé, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Management – Dealing with trade clients across the UK, including pubs, bars, and supermarkets, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service.

Stock Management – Keeping track of inventory and ensuring smooth operations.

Shopify Website Management – Managing product listings, processing orders, and handling site maintenance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Customer Assistance – Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Social Media – Assisting with content creation and scheduling to keep our brand engaging and visible.

Canva – Designing eye-catching marketing materials and social posts.

Shipping Coordination – Liaising with shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Trade Orders – Managing B2B orders through various easy-to-use platforms.

Event Management – Assisting in the planning and execution of industry events.

General Support – Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Founder and wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: At least 1–2 years of office or admin experience – not suitable for recent graduates.

✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Shopify, social media, Canva, and other platforms.

✅ Flexible & Adaptable: You’re happy to pitch in wherever needed — no task is too big or small.

✅ Problem Solver: Quick on your feet and able to handle challenges as they arise.

✅ Client-Focused: Comfortable communicating with trade clients and customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

✅ Strong Communicator: Confident when dealing with customers, suppliers, and partners.

✅ Organised & Efficient: Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

✅ Energetic & Positive: A can-do attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry (bonus points if you love rosé!).

Why You’ll Love This Role:

✨ Join a challenger brand shaking up the industry.

✨ Gain valuable experience with plenty of scope to grow into a sales or account management role.

✨ Work closely with the Founder and make a real impact.

✨ Flexible working — a mix of co-working space and remote.

✨ Time back in lieu for any evening or weekend work.

If you’re ready to dive into a varied, fast-paced role and grow with an exciting brand — we’d love to hear from you!
