Zeon Signs, a well-established sign manufacturing company in Albuquerque, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team. This position will focus on accounting paperwork, administrative support, and general office tasks. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable paperwork
Assist with job costing, expense tracking, and internal reporting
Coordinate with our CPA and leadership on financial records
Maintain organized digital and paper files
Provide general administrative support to the office and project managers
Answer phones, handle mail, and manage supplies
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an office or administrative role
Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks or similar a plus)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently in a small business environment
