– Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Assist with data entry and record keeping
– Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoicing
– Provide support in organizing company events and employee activities
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

– Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
– Experience in event planning and design is a plus
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Previous experience in the construction industry a plus
