Kelly Services has partnered with a plant associated with paint manufacturing process in Mississauga, Ontario

Temp to Perm opportunity (3-4 months contract to perm)

Monday to Friday- Onsite

Responsibilities

Assessing the needs of customers and providing information concerning the services, procedures, and guidelines of the company.

Working knowledge of environmental health and safety policies and practices

Handling requests and transactions, or direct the matter or person to the proper department.

Collecting and mailing correspondence.

Petty cash management and reconciliation

Assisting in resolving problems and complaints raised by customers/suppliers.

Preparing files and documents by using predefined templates or by creating them from scratch.

Product inventory management •

Placing and expediting orders.

Negotiating best price possible for orders placed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in an administrative capacity.

• Business or computer school graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

• Strong Communication skills, oral and written.
